It's on the first floor of the Ashanti condominium, which comprises 9 other units individually owned, safely tucked away in a complex behind secure electronic gates. There is a large communal swimming pool (approximately 24ft x 15ft) and it's just a short walk to the beaches at Gibbes and Mullins.
